MK Mobile inc, offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, warranty terms, returns terms, notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following purchase policy, warranty policy, returns policy (“Purchase, Warranty & Returns policy”), including the additional terms and conditions and policies referenced here in and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of warranty and returns apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
Please read this Policy (“Purchase, Warranty & Returns policy”) carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Policies (“ Purchse, Warranty & Returns policy”). If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.
Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to these Policies (“Purchase, Warranty & Returns policy”). You can review the most current version of this Purchase, Warranty & Returns policy at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of this Purchase, Warranty & Returns policy by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

SECTION 1 – Warranty 

  • For any product purchased from MK Mobile Inc. (www.mkmobile.ca), you MUST perform the test before installation. 99% of screens are testable (all features) before installing them.
  • Before being sent to you, all of our LCD / OLED (“Display Screens” in general) pass three tests, the first after production, the second in our warehouse in China and the third in our warehouses in Canada. We do not accept black screen returns.
  • LCDs / OLEDs (“Display Screens” in general) that have been installed that have a touch or dead pixel problem may be exchanged (during the warranty period) after testing.
  • Our XK1 screens (“XK1 display screen” in general) are guaranteed for 2 years from the date of purchase. This warranty on XK1 is limited to a problem of dead pixels and / or a problem with the touch function. Any damage caused by a customer or the end user automatically voids this warranty.
  • Our XK2 screens (“XK2 display screen” in general) are guaranteed for Life from the date of purchase. This warranty on XK2 is limited to a problem with dead pixels and / or a problem with the touch function. Any damage caused by a customer or the end user automatically voids this warranty.
  • Our XK3 screens (“XK3 display screen” in general) are guaranteed for Life from the date of purchase. This warranty on XK3 is limited to a problem with dead pixels and / or a problem with the touch function. Any damage caused by a customer or the end user automatically voids this warranty.
  • Our screens for iPhone X and higher as well as Our Touch (Digitizers) are guaranteed for 90 days from the date of purchase. This warranty is limited to a dead pixel problem and / or a touch function problem. Any damage caused by a customer or the end user automatically voids this warranty.
  • Our Samsung screens and other brands are guaranteed for 60 days from the date of purchase. This warranty is limited to a dead pixel problem and / or a touch function problem. Any damage caused by a customer or the end user automatically voids this warranty.
  • Our batteries are guaranteed for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase provided the malfunction is specific to the product itself. Any damage caused by a customer or the end user automatically voids this warranty.
  • Our accessories are guaranteed for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase provided that the malfunction or defect is specific to the product itself. Any damage caused by a customer or the end user automatically voids this warranty. Returns of accessories will also be sent for testing.
  • The warranty on new phones purchased from MK Mobile Inc (www.mkmobile.ca) is 30 days from the date of purchase. If a phone has a manufacturing defect or component issues, it must be returned within the warranty period in its original box and with all accessories provided at the time of purchase. Any phone with damaged hardware or software will not be accepted. Upon receipt of returned phones, we request an RMA from the appropriate operator and then wait for their response to send them the product (Average time of 10 days). After the operator’s verdict, we will contact you to let you know the status of your return.
  • If you have any returns, you must send them every two weeks.
  • It is mandatory to dispose of the parts to be returned in a safe and proper manner as received when ordering. Please pay close attention to this point because electronic products are very fragile.
  • The return test takes an average of two weeks. If the problem is specific to our parts and covered by our warranty, an exchange with the same part will be sent to you on your next order. If you purchase the same product that was returned during the test period, only then will credit be given after the test verdict.
  • To submit a return, you must download the RMA form available in the top and bottom section of our website (RMA Form). After completing it, please include the form with your submission and send us a copy to RMA@mkmobile.ca
  • If the RMA form is not correctly completed (problem, quantity, invoice number, etc.), the return will not be processed.
  • Return costs are YOUR responsibility.
  • Due to the nature of our products, your purchase is FINAL. We do not accept returns of functional products if your customers change their mind. Please be sure before making any purchase from MK Mobile inc.
  • All prices, promotions, content, special prices shown on www.mkmobile.ca may be changed at any time without notice.
  • The prices displayed on our website (www.mkmobile.ca) as well as on any media support (virtual or physical), are wholesale and non-negotiable prices.
  • The products purchased from MK Mobile inc are intended for repair or / and retail sale. Any wholesale is prohibited.
  • It is forbidden to sell and list products purchased from MK Mobile inc on Market Places (Amazon, eBay, Facebook, etc.). For other arrangements, please request special permission from MK Mobile inc.

SECTION 2 – Purchase Policy

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
  • If an account is inactive for more than 45 days, then it will be suspended and you will need to reapply to reactivate it, but this does not guarantee that it will be reactivated.
  • Due to the nature of our products, your purchase is FINAL. We do not accept the return of functional products if your customers change their mind. Thank you to be sure before making any purchase from MK Mobile inc.
  • All prices, promotions, content, special prices listed on www.mkmobile.ca may be modified at any time without prior notice.
  • All images listed on our website are for reference only. The products we offer may have a big or small difference with the pictures shown on our website.

SECTION 3 – ORDER POLICY

  • All orders intended to be sent by post must be placed before 2:30 pm (Montreal time, QC). Orders placed after this time will eventually be processed the following working day.
